The (Re)Insurance Latin American Regulatory Conference will return May 9-10, 2024 in Miami, FL. This event is sponsored by the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA), the Association of Bermuda Insurers and Reinsurers (ABIR), the American Council of Life Insurers (ACLI), the International Underwriting Association (IUA), and the Reinsurance Association of America (RAA), and is hosted at Carlton Fields. The conference, which is complimentary for members of the sponsoring associations, will address significant economic, legislative and regulatory developments related to key Latin American markets. The Conference will include a variety of legal experts on various countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru, with timely and substantive panels covering emerging issues of interest/concern in Latin America.
The meeting will open with a cocktail reception and dinner on Thursday, May 9, followed by the conference program on May 10.
